Frances Horn, DO, began her medical career as a nurse. Inspired by the physicians around her, she later returned to college and became a physician herself.
Her connections to Oklahoma and Bartlesville run deep. She attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College, Rogers State College in Claremore, as well as Oklahoma State University where she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, and finally completed her post-graduate Family Medicine Residency at the University of Oklahoma in 1999.
Dr. Horn is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and specializes in comprehensive health care for patients age 18 and older. Dr. Horn focuses on preventative care with routine checkups, tests, and personalized coaching on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
