Payments and financial assistance
Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHC/SEK) accepts Medicaid, Medicare and all private insurances. Contact us or your insurance carrier if you have any questions regarding your coverage.
What if I don’t have insurance?
We will never turn anyone away who needs healthcare – you will be treated no matter your circumstances or ability to pay.
We will also help you determine your eligibility for various coverage programs offered. If you do not qualify for one of these programs, we offer discounted fees based upon family size and income level.
At all times, the information on this website, and the information provided to you by our staff, is a good faith estimate of the excepted fees for our services.
Our staff utilize the discounted fee schedule provided on this website. Please review and/or print this discounted fee schedule and ask our staff if you have any specific questions about our services and fees. In the event of any changes in our discounted fee schedule, we will update the documents on this website.
How do I get financial help?
Please call or visit one of our clinics for more information. You will need to complete a Financial Assistance Form (see below) and provide proof of income – bring these documents with you on your first visit.
If you are an uninsured or self-pay patient, please note that additional information may be requested to better help provide a good faith estimate for the fees you might incur.

The actual costs/fees you may be charged by CHC/SEK will be based on the services that you actually receive at CHC/SEK.
