Building Health, Inc. (BHI) supports the charitable, educational, benevolent, and scientific purposes and desires of Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas, Inc (CHC/SEK) through providing, sponsoring, facilitating, promoting, and supporting the improvement of the health, including social determinants of housing, transportation, food access, built environment, education, and employment, of the residents of Eastern Kansas and surrounding areas, all of which are underserved communities as it relates to the social determinants identified within these Bylaws.
