The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHC/SEK) held its annual Employee Service Awards Dinner on June 4, 2026. During the celebration, CHC/SEK recognized employees who reached significant service milestones of ten, fifteen, and twenty years.
“CHC/SEK isn’t just an organization—it’s a community of people who have chosen to show up, year after year, for their neighbors. We started in 2003 with a belief that everyone deserves quality care,” said Jason Wesco, CHC/SEK President and Chief Strategy Officer. “More than two decades later, our growth in patients and communities served is something to be proud of, and it’s the people in that room who made it real.”
Now in its 23rd year, CHC/SEK has grown significantly since opening its doors in 2003 with just 11 employees serving 3,300 patients. Today, a team of more than 950 employees cares over 85,000 patients annually.
